# Vision and Mission

#### Vision

SEED’s vision is to make sustainable growth the default outcome for web3 projects.

We want launches to be judged less by their first hour and more by their ability to keep users, maintain healthy liquidity, and fund ongoing delivery.

We see a future where:

* Founders do not have to choose between speed and depth
* Communities are rewarded for backing real builders, not short lived speculation
* Launch support covers awareness, activation, retention, and revenue, not only listing and hype

#### Mission

SEED’s mission is to act as the growth arm for web3 projects that are serious about delivery.

We do this by:

* Providing access to a high intent audience, starting with the Pineapple ecosystem
* Designing launch and liquidity structures that support confident trading
* Connecting token utility with clear on chain actions and behaviours
* Converting trading and usage into recurring treasury value for teams<br>

We measure ourselves by outcomes, not impressions. Our success is tied to the performance and resilience of the projects we support.
